LABOUR leader say the PM’s mouth is the biggest threat to the UK at first virtual PMQs session
Things got a little heated at the first every virtual PMQ’s session on Wednesday, November 18 as Prime Minister Boris Johnson locked horns with Labour leader Keir Starmer over his Scottish devolution “disaster” comments.
Sir Keir Starmer blasted the Prime Minister, who is self-isolating at home, for calling devolution in Scotland a “disaster,” arguing that it is actually “one of the proudest achievements of the last Labour government.”
Sir Keir said that “the single biggest threat to the future of the United Kingdom is the Prime Minister every time he opens his mouth”.
He continued: “When the Prime Minister said he wanted to take back control nobody thought he meant from the Scottish people. The Prime Minister’s quote is very clear – he said devolution has been a disaster north of the border.”
