Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel Become Parents for a Second Time

Pop singer Justin Timberlake (39) and his wife, actress Jessica Biel (38), have become parents for a second time. “His name is Phineas. And he’s awesome. And he’s so cute. And nobody sleeps anymore,” said Timberlake in a video clip of the talk show by US comedian Ellen DeGeneres, which was released on Monday (January 18). “But we are thrilled. And we couldn’t be happier. We are very grateful,” he said.

Timberlake has been in a relationship with Jessica Biel since 2007 and the couple has been married since October 2012. In April 2015, their first son, Silas Randall, was born.

Ellen DeGeneres was apparently one of the few people “outside the close family” who knew about Biel’s second pregnancy: “I think we were on a FaceTime and you said, ‘Hey, do you want to know a secret?’ and then Jessica came in and you put your hand on her stomach and said, ‘We’re having another baby’.”

Timberlake revealed on the show that Silas has already fitted in well with his role as big brother: “At the moment he likes it a lot. Phin can’t go or chase him yet, so we’ll see what happens.” This is the first time Timberlake has spoken about the new addition to the family. The first rumours about another baby came up in the summer of 2020.
