Mercadona Hiring Logistics Employees with Salary of €1,300 a Month

MERCADONA IS hiring logistics employees throughout Spain with a monthly salary of over €1,300. The Mercadona supermarket chain continues to expand its employment offer and has started various personnel selection processes, mainly for the logistics sector.

In the case of permanent contracts with full-time working hours, salaries start at €1,338 gross per month, plus a nighttime bonus. For temporary and part-time employment contracts, the gross monthly salary is 753 euros for 22.5 hours of work, plus a nighttime bonus.

As reported by 20 Minutos, the supermarket company chaired by Juan Roig has been searching in the last month for various profiles such as warehouse waiters, refrigerators, maintenance technicians or auxiliary technicians and order preparers. Most of these offers are concentrated in the provinces of Barcelona and León, but there are also for Madrid, Alicante, Zaragoza and Álava.

Specifically, Mercadona is looking for porters and warehouse girls for its logistics centres in Zaragoza (temporary part-time contract on weekend shift), Ciempozuelos (temporary full-time contract with a salary of 1,338 euros per month plus nightly plus), San Isidro (temporary part-time contract on weekend shift), Villadangos del Páramo (temporary full-time contract) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia (temporary full-time contract). For this position, the work to be performed includes tasks of reception, storage, replenishment and preparation of orders.

The Valencian company is also looking for the profile of refrigerators, with a type of permanent contract in full-time working hours and a gross annual salary of 22,904 euros with salary progression to 34,770 euros, plus nighttime bonus, for the towns of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in Barcelona and Villadangos del Páramo in León.
