Love Island sees property buyers eyeing up Mallorca once more

The new season of Love Island is less than three weeks away! The first show will air on Monday 28 June, after a long wait for fans, with last year’s show having been cancelled (thanks, Covid).

As such, all eyes are on Mallorca once again. I’m working with Taylor Wimpey Espana’s Marc Pritchard, who has lived on Mallorca for the past 30 years and who knows the island and its property market inside out.

While the Love Island villa is being cleaned from top to bottom, ready for its new arrivals, the Taylor Wimpey España team is also busy, having just launched a collection of eight beautiful and exclusive new townhouses at Sa Galera, Palma.

Priced from €725,000 plus VAT, the three-bedroom, three-bathroom homes all feature large terraces and private gardens, with stunning sea views. There’s a communal pool and a solarium terrace that’s perfect for watching the sun go down.

Are you going to take a look at Mallorca property to tie in with the new season of Love Island? If so, can Taylor Wimpey España’s Marc be of help?
