Andalucia Has 288 Covid Free Towns

Granada In Spain Drops Restrictions To Level 2 in 81 Of It's Municipalities

Andalucia has registered 288 Covid free towns in the last 14 days. Cadiz has the highest number of towns still grappling with an outbreak while Granada showed the best increase in breaking free of the virus.

As of June 27, a total of 288 municipalities in Andalucia have not had any confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the past two weeks, up 11 more than June 20.

Granada has 76 municipalities with confirmed cases, followed by Almeria with 68; Malaga with 39; Huelva with 34; Jaen with 33; Cordoba with 19; Sevilla with 14 and Cadiz with five municipalities.

According to ABC, in Granada and Huelva, the following towns have not reported any Covid-19 cases in the past two weeks:

Albondon, Almegijar, Alpujarra de la Sierra, Berchules, Bubion, Busquistar, Cadiar, Canar, Capileira, Carataunas, Castaras, Los Guajares, Jete, Juviles , Lanjaron, Lobras, Murtas, Nevada, Pampaneira, Portugos, Rubite, Soportújar, Sorvilan, La Taha, Turon, Ugijar, Valor, Alamedilla, Albunan, Aldeire, Beas de Guadix, Benamaurel, Castillejar, Castril, Cogollos de Guadix, Cortes and Graena, Darro, Dehesas de Guadix, Diezma, Ferreira, Galera, Gorafe, Huelago, Hueneja, Jerez del Marquesado, Lugros, Morelabor, Orce, Pedro Martinez, La Peza, Policar, Purullena, Villanueva de las Torres, Beas de Granada, Agron, Albunuelas , Algarinejo, Chimeneas, Domingo Perez de Granada, Escuzar, Gobernador, Guadahortuna, Jatar, Jayena, La Malaha, Montefrio , Montejicar, Montillana, Nivar, El Pinar, Quentar, Santa Cruz del Comercio, Torre-Cardela, El Valle, Villamena and Viznar.

In Almeria, 68 towns join the Covid free list: Abla, Alboloduy, Alcudia de Monteagud, Alhabia, Alhama de Almeria, Alicun, Almocita, Alsodux, Beires, Benitagla, Benizalon, Bentarique, Canjayar, Castro de Filabres, Finana, Gador, Gergal, Illar, Instincion, Lubrin, Lucainena de las Torres, Nacimiento, Ohanes, Olula de Castro, Padules, Ragol, Rioja, Santa Cruz de Marchena, Santa Fe de Mondujar, Senes, Tabernas , Tahal, Terque, Las Tres Villas, Turrillas, Uleila del Campo, Velefique, Albanchez, Alcontar, Antas, Armuna de Almanzora, Bacares, Bayarque, Bedar, Chirivel, Cobdar, Los Gallardos, Laroya, Lijar, Maria, Oria, Partaloa, Purchena, Seron, Sierro, Somontín, Sufli, Urracal, Velez-Blanco, Velez-Rubio, Alcolea, Bayarcal, Dalias, Enix, Felix, Fondon, Laujar de Andarax and Paterna del Rio.

Malaga has 39 Covid free towns and Huelva has 34.

In Malaga: Alfarnate, Alfarnatejo, Archez, Arenas, Benamargosa, Benamocarra, Canillas de Aceituno, Canillas de Albaida, Comares, Cómpeta, Cutar, Iznate, Salares, Sayalonga, Sedella, Almargen, Canete la Real, Humilladero, Teba, Almogia, Macharaviaya, Totalan, Alpandeire, Atajate, Benadalid, Benalauria, Cartajima, Cuevas del Becerro, Farajan, Gaucin, Genalguacil, Igualeja, Jimera de Libar, Jubrique, Juzcar , Montecorto, Parauta, Pujerra, Pujerra.
