Andalucia begins flu vaccine campaign on October 14

The Ministry of Health and Families will begin the 2021-2022 flu vaccination campaign on October 14. Andalucia will have 1,645,000 doses of vaccines and a staggered schedule will be followed to optimize the vaccination sequence of the population from highest to lowest risk or exposure.

The campaign will start with people living in nursing homes and health and social health professionals , to later continue with people over 65 years of age, as well as others with pathologies or risk situations, including pregnant women or during the puerperium. Starting in November, the rest of the essential professions will join the campaign.
