Primark gets ready for Christmas in Spain and is recruiting.

Christmas is nearly here and with it comes one of the busy shopping periods of the year. Irish low-cost fashion chain Primark is now recruiting.

Primark is offering over 80 jobs. The firm is recruiting shop assistants/retail assistants, and trainee/department managers. The Managers posts are up for grabs for anyone looking for a more specialised career that can meet the minimum requirements.

According to Noticiasastrabajo.es Primark are offering salaries of 1,239 euros per month for full-time shop assistants. Most of the jobs though will be part-time positions. Part-time positions will be for 20 hours a week. The part-time jobs will offer a salary of around 600 euros.

Primark said: “we are looking for enthusiastic people to join our shop as shop assistants”, either “on a part-time or weekend basis”.

The company is looking for people with “a desire to provide great customer service, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, a love of fashion and who like working as part of a team”.

Anyone looking to apply for the trainee/department manager roles must have a university degree. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position is also required. These posts will be full-time at 40 hours per week.

Jobs are up for grabs in: Logroño, Madrid, Vigo, Barcelona, Jerez, Santander, Murcia, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Elche, Bilbao, Orihuela, Roquetas de Mar, Tarragona, Málaga, Valencia, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Badajoz, Palma de Mallorca, Algeciras, León, Valladolid, Huelva, Seville, Girona, Castellón, A Coruña, Vitoria, Pamplona, Santiago de Compostela, Granada, Córdoba and Cádiz.
