‘Richest’ young royal is estimated to be worth £3.6 billion.

Princess Charlotte is only six years old. She has come top of a young royal rich list. She even beat her older brother. According to a new study, Charlotte’s net worth is a staggering £3.6 billion. George came in with a net worth of almost £2.2 billion. Charlotte’s younger brother Louis is lagging behind. His estimate came in at only £720 million.

Prince William and Kate Middleton’s eldest children came in first and second on the list.

Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, Prince Harry’s two-year-old son ranked further down the list. His estimated net worth was £21.6 million.

The research was carried out by Electric Ride on Cars. The study did not only look at royals. It considered other rich children too. Princess Charlotte also topped the list of rich children.

When including rich children in general, Louis came in joint third position. He ranked alongside Blue Ivy Carter, the daughter of Beyonce and Jay-Z. She is only nine years old.

Princess Charlotte has been ranked higher than George because of the ‘Kate Middleton effect’. Charlotte’s potential worth has been ranked higher as “fashion choices of royals can have a huge impact on trends”.

The late Princess Diana continues to have a tremendous effect on fashion. Rowing Blazers founder Jack Carlson explained: “Diana was ahead of her time,”

“She perfected the art of mixing high and low, and blurred the lines between menswear and womenswear… She was all of these contradictions, and that’s what made her so iconic – and what makes her so relevant to what’s happening in fashion now.”
