French TV star dies ‘from Covid’ just days after his twin died from the virus.
Igor Bogdanoff has reportedly died from Covid at the age of 72. His identical twin, Grichka, also lost his life to the virus. The twins died only days apart.
According to The Sun, Bogdanoff’s family announced the death saying: “In peace and love, surrounded by his children and his family, Igor Bogdanoff left for the light on Monday January 3, 2022.”
Grichka is reported to have died on December 28 after being hospitalised earlier in December. Reportedly he also died from COVID.
The French TV stars were probably best known for “Temps X” which was released in the 1980s.
Speaking to Le Monde Luc Ferry, a professor of philosophy and former Minister of Education commented: “Grichka, like Igor, was not an antivax. He was antivax for himself.”
The friend of the brothers went on to add: “Being very athletic, without a gram of fat, they believed that the vaccine was more dangerous. They never got sick.”
The family have not officially confirmed the cause of death yet.
