Russia stages fake voting referendum at Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant claims Ukraine

Russia has reportedly staged a fake voting referendum at Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant as reported on Monday, September 26.

The news of Russia allegedly staging a fake voting referendum at Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant was reported by state enterprise Energoatom, who stated:

“Near ZNPP, the occupiers staged a play with voting in a “referendum”

“Russian invaders continue to play “referendum” in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region. They staged another performance near Zaporizhzhia NPP, posing as the personnel of the nuclear power plant.”

“Thus, a large group of men in civilian clothes waited for the end of the shift at the plant and mingled with its personnel who were leaving after the shift.”

“Along the way, they gave interviews to pro-Russian propaganda media and shouted words of support for Russia and the pseudo-referendum, after which they went to the bus where the “voting” was held and ostentatiously filled out ballots.”

“This fact once again proves that no one among the patriotic workers of Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant agreed to participate in the occupation farce, so propagandists were again forced to make a “good” picture for Russian customers.”

“They will never remember that ZNPP and Enerhodar are Ukraine!”

The news comes after reports that thousands of people gathered in Russia’s capital city of Moscow to hold a pro referendum rally, following the announcements of referendums in the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, as reported on Friday, September 23.
