Santa Pola Town Council to organise free workshop for entrepreneurs

The workshop will be held in classroom mode over three days on October 17, 19 and 21, from 10.00.AM to 2.00.PM at Sala Baluarte (Santa Pola Castle).

Topics to be covered in the course:

• Fundamentals of self-employment (definition of self-employed and TRADE, applicable regulations).
• Keys to entrepreneurship.
• Importance and quality of customer service (skills to achieve quality).
• Marketing for freelancers and SMEs (customer loyalty and positioning the company’s products against the competition).
• Content Marketing (marketing technique based on creating content in different formats such as articles, blog posts, videos, tutorials and webinars).

In addition, participants will have 15 hours of e-learning on the subject matter covered.
