You can also enjoy a selection of Mexican tacos, or why not dive into their assortment of Dutch tapas?

With a variety of hot and cold starters, you can start as you mean to go on! Choose from beef carpaccio with rocket, parmesan and pesto, or spicy tuna tartare with soy, wakame, wasabi-mayonnaise and caviar. For something warming, get the Thai soup with prawns, chicken, mushrooms, ginger, coconut milk and cream, the grilled octopus on a bed of mashed potatoes or fried aubergine with creamy hummus.

Try their typical Caesar salad made with juicy chicken, hard-boiled quail egg, parmesan, pine nuts, bacon and the classic Caesar sauce, or their creamy goat cheese salad with fried bacon, apple, caramelised walnuts, and sweet honey-mustard vinegarette. Their special No-Mad salad comes highly recommended, with avocado, roast beef, smoked salmon, shrimp, and a red fruits vinegarette.

For the carnivores, all meat dishes are served with fresh vegetables, chips or baked potato and a choice of sauce. We asked Mike, owner of No-Mad, which dishes are the most popular: “People love the meat, it’s from the local butchers and we work closely with local suppliers of produce and wines. People really love the poke bowls and the plates do very well. We always try to have a variety and no waste.”

“Our wines are local and from the Alicante region, we also have special Belgium beers.”

Do they serve dessert?

You will definitely end on a sweet note at No-Mad, with a variety of desserts to satisfy the sweetest tooth! Choose from classic cheesecake with berries, buttery Dutch apple pie, vanilla ice cream dipped in warm chocolate syrup (Dama Blanca) or dark chocolate coulant with white chocolate syrup and ice cream.
