So, what´s on offer for breakfast at No-Mad Albir?

You´ll have the perfect start to your day at No-Mad Albir with their breakfast menu and an amazing variety of coffees. Small but well-rounded, the breakfast menu has something for carnivores, lovers of fish, veggies and vegans. Choose from the classic Spanish breakfast of toast with tomatoes (pan con tomate to Spaniards!), the popular toast with creamy Philadelphia cheese and smoked salmon, toast with serrano ham and oozy brie cheese au gratin, or their sausage with fried eggs cooked to your liking.

For something a little healthier, No-Mad also serves fresh fruit, granola, yoghurt and incredible fresh juices.

Fancy something a little more substantial?

Fear not, No-Mad´s between-bread selection, perfectly accompanied by fries, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard, will keep you full well into the afternoon! Choose from their selection of juicy roast beef with red wine pear, parmesan and rocket – aptly named ´The Holy Cow´- their grilled club sandwich with chicken, bacon, lettuce and tomato, or their smoked salmon club sandwich with shrimps, creme fraiche, lettuce and tomatoes.

Their new terrace has proved to be a hit with customers, the perfect place to watch the world go by, work on your laptop, enjoy an ice-cold beer, sample some Spanish wine from the region, watch some live music or sport, or spend the evening trying their incredible gastronomy!

We spoke to the owner of No-Mad, Mike, about the types of food on offer: “We wanted a place for everyone to go and have their own dishes, as well as there being enough choice on the menu – enough for you to come every day if you like!”

“We are an international restaurant with all kinds of food for everyone, wines from the Alicante region and special beers. We have a lot of foreign customers, Dutch, English, Norwegian and Spanish, so we serve typical Dutch food dedicated to them, salads, poke bowls, meat, fish, 26 small plates and tapas.”

No-Mad Albir has great live music performances where you can enjoy your meal or some drinks with their singer providing you with an unforgettable show!

Through the summer and autumn, the incredible Mei de la Cruz has been performing on a weekly basis at No-Mad, treating customers to her smooth Spanish sounds and relaxing voice. From balmy evenings on their bright terrace sipping a fruity cocktail, Mei de la Cruz will be performing on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day while customers can enjoy No-Mad´s delicious Christmas menu including suckling lamb chops, grilled turbot, cured meats and Dutch apple pie.

Football fans have been able to celebrate this year´s World Cup at No-Mad, with all games broadcast live between November 20 and December 18! Customers have been pouring in to the restaurant to enjoy their large drinks menu and delicious international dishes while watching their favourite teams.
