REPORTS coming out of Russia on Thursday, October 2o suggest that Russian actress Anna Bolshova ran over a woman in her car and killed her.

Multiple news outlets are reporting that Russian actress Anna Bolshova, best known for roles in Lesnik, Juno and Avos and Moy lichnyy vrag, reportedly hit a woman in her Audi who died as a result of her injuries.

The incident is said to have occurred in the Kaluga region of Russia late on October 14, according to BAZA.

Initial reports suggest that the 46-year-old actress from Moscow, who is an ‘Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation in 2017’, was alone in the car and was not drunk.

A source told BAZA that the actress apparently did not see a pedestrian in the dark.

“This is a village unlit road. Bolshova herself called the police and called an ambulance. The woman hit died before the arrival of paramedics,” they said.

Bolshova became famous by playing with Nikolai Karachentsov in the TV show “Juno and Avos” in the 2000s and was awarded Russia’s Honourary Art Worker of Moscow in 2014.

The news comes after Russian actor and director Sergei Puskepalis died in a car crash aged 56.

On Tuesday, September 20, Sergei Puskepalis died after being involved in a car accident in the Yaroslavl Region.

The accident took place in Rostov Region.
