The owner of the Asador Guadalmina in San Pedro Alcantara, closed because he failed to obey the smoking ban, has announced that he will reopen on March 10. He says this will give his staff a “much-deserved” holiday. The Junta authorised the restaurant to reopen after he gave a written promise that he would no longer allow smoking on the premises.
However he has said he will continue to campaign against the legislation.
