CLEAN DIET: Changing your diet can help with body odor
BODY ODOR is directly linked to the food we eat. Our diet can have a large effect on what smells the body expels through sweat glands. Eating unhealthy, processed food will cause your body to produce unpleasant odor due to the chemicals expelled during the digestion process. Eliminating toxins from the body is vital and eliminating the intake of coffee, alcohol and tobacco as well as cutting down on red meat, onions, garlic and spices can also help to eliminate odor.
