An independent survey based on 12,1 million questionnaires completed by travellers of 108 nationalities has awarded third place to Iberia for its Terminal 4 at Madrid’s Barajas Airport.
First place went to Heathrow’s new terminal T5 which has been voted the world’s best terminal in the World Airport Awards.
