A NEW day centre being prepared in La Herradura will soon be available for Alzheimer’s sufferers.
The centre, which will be run by Almuñecar Social Services in collaboration with Afavida Alzheimer’s Sufferers’ Relatives Association will offer support and services for local sufferers.
Those wishing to sign up for the new centre on Calle Alhambra can do so by visiting the social worker at the Centro Civico on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am to 1pm.
