Alleged abuser arrested in Palma

A 44-YEAR-OLD man was arrested in Palma by Local Police after allegedly attacking and threatening his wife with a kitchen knife.

Authorities reported that the man delivered a kick to the victim and verbally abused her in front of their children after having arrived at the family home intoxicated. The man allegedly told his daughter he was going to kill her mother.

Mother and daughter escaped the property and alerted police, although they did not want to place an official report against the man.
