Drones inspect power lines from the air

AN UNPILOTED aerial vehicle or drone will be used by electricity company Endesa in the Balearic Islands to inspect power lines from the air.
The use of drones serves as a complement to inspections carried out by helicopter, especially in areas that are difficult to access, according to the information released by the company in a statement.
The aircrafts help inspectors by means of HD recordings that inform about the conditions of power lines.
