MORE than 50,000 visitors have been to Alhaurin el Grande’s public library over the last five years to borrow books, use the computers, study, visit exhibitions and attend events or courses.
Since the new building was launched in 2010 the library has gained almost 2,000 new members, and the multimedia room has registered 13,707 users showing that Alhaurin residents are more and more into new technology, the council reported while commemorating its fifth anniversary.
