AMERICAN broadcasting titan HBO has officially launched in Spain. The online subscription service is set to be boradcast into millions of Spanish homes in partnership with Vodafone Espana.
The network between such renowned shows as Game of Thrones, The Sopranos and Sex and the City will offer all of its original content to subscribers who can watch it dubbed, or in English with subtitles.
Designed to directly compete with Netflix, the service will be available online on computers, smartphones and Vodafone TV.
It will also offer films and cartoons from Disney and Nickelodeon and be available for €7.99 per month.
