Wales are ranked 10th in the world.
Wales’ women’s rugby team will play Spain at the Villajoyosa stadium in Alicante.
The friendly fixture aims to prepare both teams for their respective international tournaments, with Wales heading into the Six Nations and Spain qualifying for their sixth World Cup.
Wales Women head coach Rowland Phillips said: “Spain are a very good side who have earned their spot in the World Cup, so it’s a good opportunity to test ourselves against them.”
Spain are ranked 9th in the world, one place above Wales, promising an entertaining match.
The match starts at 16.00 local time on Saturday 14 January.
