Soap star’s fresh start in Marbella

ENGLISH actress Danniella Westbrook has arrived in Marbella to embark on a fresh new life and possibly even open a shop. The former EastEnders star plans to stay in the Costa del Sol for at least three months to get back in shape and put her drug demons behind her. 

The 43-year-old has suffered a tumultuous few months having broken up with her beau, gone into a deep depression and relapsed into her much-publicised cocaine addiction. 

But the actress, who played Samantha Mitchell on the BBC soap and has appeared on Celebrity Big Brother and Hollyoaks, looked at peace as she was snapped strolling along a Marbella beach. 

“Three months of relaxation and working on myself. Training & yoga” she wrote on her Twitter page, adding that it was “after a long day looking for the perfect shop to launch my new store in Marbs.”
