Dead body of 25-year-old woman found in field in Madrid

THE body of a young woman with knife wounds has been found in an isolated field in Meco, Madrid.

The deceased, believed to be around 25 years-old, was discovered just before 9pm last night (Wednesday) in a ‘field that is difficult to access’, according to Castilla-La Mancha emergency services.

The Guardia Civil, local police, a paramedic and emergency doctor attended the scene, but ‘could only certify the death of the woman’.

Although the body was found in the municipality of Meco, the young woman is believed to be from Villanueva de la Torre.
