GORED TO DEATH: Teen killed at annual bull festival in Spain

A 19-YEAR-OLD boy has died after being gored to death at an annual bull festival in Chilches.

Fran Gonzalez became the second person to be killed by a bull in one week after he was gored in the groin near Castellon.

The boy, who was a well-known local recortador (a bull fighter who jumps around the bull), was taken to hospital at around 6pm but died shortly after arrival. 

The San Vicente Ferrer festival was suspended for the rest of the night and a one minute’s silence was held to commemorate Gonzalez.
