A TOTAL of 32 firefighters are currently tackling a blaze on a Mijas hillside, according to the Andalucian wildfire agency.
Plan INFOCA said wildfire specialists have been sent to Majadilla del Muerte near La Cala de Mijas to put out the blaze. Two firefighting planes have also been dispatched, the agency said.

It comes after firefighters were sent to tackle a fire near La Cala’s Hipodromo yesterday (Monday).
Footage posted by Plan INFOCA on Twitter this evening showed flames spreading across the Majadilla del Muerte hillside near to an urbanisation.
