CONSEQUENCES: Two men have been arrested for their involvement
TWO people have been arrested for assaulting and robbing an elderly man in Málaga. The robbers hit the man and locked him in, leaving with his phone and €700.
Police have arrested two people and are investigating a minor, for their alleged involvement in the robbery of an elderly man who was assaulted in his home. The accused robbers have had their houses searched in Seville and a detonator gun and their mobiles have been seized.
The 86-year-old man lived with a young woman of Romanian nationality. He has stated that several of her cousins appeared at the house in the early hours of the morning. After violently breaking in, he was robbed of €700 in cash and his mobile phone. Finally, the men beat him and left him locked up and with no means of communication.
