Threatening message jail sentence

AN Almeria man is facing 10 months in jail for sending 64 threatening mobile messages to his ex-partner and leaving her with “fear and dread”, despite being fully aware there was a restraining order against him in place.

The Supreme Court dismissed the defendant’s appeal.
