THE Sports Department of Torremolinos Town Hall has announced new online services to facilitate sports for users.
You can access the website https://torremolinos.i2a.es/CronosWeb and “carry out procedures such as the reservation of sports facilities, pay for classes or membership fees and register on the waiting list from the comfort of our houses,” explained Councillor for Sports, José Piña. The Sports Department has taken advantage of new technology, “it is modernized and advanced to make all the processes easier and more accessible to the people who use the facilities”, allowing immediate information consultation and access to basic management. They intend to move forward “in the quality of the services offered to citizens”, since this tool that provides a more comfortable alternative, “also allows us to better understand the expectations and needs of users”, with the way we are going to “better manage the complete sports and the services we provide”. With the implementation of these online procedures, a first phase of modernisation is completed that will continue with the inclusion of new procedures and utilities.
