THE sports and solidarity day ‘Entreno En Casa,’ organised by the Fuengirola Town Hall for this Saturday, already exceeds 500 registered people. This initiative consists of sending a photo or video to social networks training in any sport with the hashtag #EntrenoEnCasa. Registrations to participate in this initiative can still be made online through the dorsalchip.es web platform from €2.

Councillor for Sports, María Hernández, reminded residents “We encourage you to participate with the colours of Spain to join this solidarity day and thus collaborate with the families of our municipality who are going to need it given the situation we have,” and noted that “the sports trainers of the Department of Sports are collaborating with this initiative and throughout Saturday, April 25, they will offer classes in all kinds of sports, such as cycling, Pilates or body tonic, among others.”

Hernández has also highlighted the support that this initiative is receiving from personalities from the world of sport and entertainment who will also participate through videos on social networks. They are athletes such as the Karate World Champion, Damián Quintero, the kickboxing fighter Daniel Puertas or the boxer Antonio Gómez; bullfighters like David Galán or Juan José Padilla; sports journalists such as Tomás Roncero, Tomás Guash or Rocío Martínez; and musicians such as Susana and Frasco de Efecto Mariposa, among others.
