Spain’s debt against GDP continues to rise

THE Bank of Spain has announced that the Spanish government’s debt rose to 114.1 per cent of gross domestic product (GDP) in the third quarter of 2020, a rise of 3.9 per cent over the second quarter figure due to continued spending and drop in economic output.
