21:18 – It’s in the back of the net again but this time its disallowed for offsides, with Mexico deemed to be offsides. Mexico is taking control with more goals to come.
21:14 – And its goal number two. Chavez produces a belter of a free kick from 30 yards out, placing the ball perfectly in the top corner. Mexico 2 – Saudi Arabia 0.

20:40 – The game is evenly matched but in desperate need of a goal to get the game going. A few chances but remains 0 – 0.
20:00 – Both sides need a big win to guarantee them any chance of progressing to the next round, with by a margin larger than a win by Argentina would see them progress to the next round. For Mexico a win tonight along with a loss by Argentina should see them progress, there is all to play for.
