Casa Angeles to host wellness and family workshops

Casa Angeles in Marbella is preparing for a weekend of well-being, creativity and family-friendly activities. Events are planned for Friday, April 10 and Saturday, April 11 as part of its spring programme to help raise funds for its work with children with special needs and their families.

The programme begins on Friday, April 10, with Meditation & Inner Connection, a session running from 5pm to 6.30pm and led by The Soul of Libe. The workshop hopes to offer participants a chance to slow down, reconnect and enjoy a moment of calm at the end of the week. Prices are listed at €10 for members and €15 for non-members.

Colored Monster is a creative activity using expression and play

On Saturday, April 11, the focus shifts to family activities with two workshops planned across the day. The first, Colored Monster, will take place from 11am to 1pm and will be led by Mariquita Animaciones. The session is expected to centre on emotional expression and creativity through colour and interactive play. Entry costs €5 for members and €15 for non-members.

Later in the afternoon, Creative Easter will run from 4.30pm to 7.30pm, led by Saioa Caballero. The workshop will focus on Easter-themed arts and crafts, with places priced at €5 per child.

Based in Marbella, Casa Angeles describes itself as a day centre created to improve the quality of life of children with special needs and their families. The organisation says it works to promote development, autonomy and well-being through comprehensive care, therapies and specialist support.

Its latest programme also includes an Open Day, digital education workshops and a Book Day celebration, but the April 10 and 11 events are offering a particularly strong mix of creativity and family participation.

The organisation says people can become Soci@s of Casa Angeles and join a community that “cares, accompanies and transforms,” while helping to fund the centre’s day-to-day work. The members are among the first to hear about workshops, activities and events, while their contributions directly support the families Casa Angeles works with. The organisation says there are different levels of membership available, adding that every contribution, large or small, has a real impact.
