‘Porn scam’ in San Juan

POLICE are investigating a possible pornography scam. A 20-year-old Spanish woman who answered a porno video casting advert and denounced the makers of the film.

She told police they told her the interview entailed having sex with two men, which was recorded at a beach house in San Juan de Alicante. She was later told that she had not been selected. A friend later alerted her that they had seen a porno video of her online.

She has denounced the makers of the video for posting it on the internet without her permission. A crime against privacy is punishable be between four and seven years in prison.

There may be an additional crime of fraud if it is proved that the accused lured the victim with the intention of using the video without paying her.
