The EuroMillions, the transnational lottery crossing nine European countries including Spain, France, and Belgium, continues to make dreams come true with its massive rollover jackpots and life-changing prizes. Launched in 2004, it offers draws twice weekly. The game has created hundreds of millionaires over the years, and this Friday’s rollover ended up with one ticket walking away with the accumulated jackpot of €123 million, getting all five numbers and both star numbers right on target.
The lucky ticket holder belonged to a syndicate in a small village in Belgium. Members of the group are said to have split the winning amount in equal parts of €5.6 Million each. It was the third big win in Belgium in the last few weeks. The prize goes to show the thrill of EuroMillions, where even secondary prizes can be life-changing. This Friday’s lucky numbers were 14 18 31 35 46 and the lucky stars 7 and 11.
Where was the Euromillions “El Millón” prize won?
Spain also celebrated big wins in this draw. A new millionaire emerged from the “El Millón” code, a raffle exclusive to Spanish players that guarantees a €1 million prize. The winning ticket was sold at Lottery Administration No. 59 in Malaga, located at Calle Mármoles 41, bringing joy to the local community. Additionally, in the second category—matching five numbers plus one star—three winners across Europe each received €289,000. One of these was in Spain, confirmed at Administration No. 1 in Ardales, Malaga, as confirmed by Loterías y Apuestas del Estado. The El Millón code was XKD54190.
With the jackpot now reset, the next EuroMillions draw will feature a guaranteed €17 million for first-category winners, enticing players to try their luck once more. EuroMillions rules cap the jackpot at €250 million, after which excess funds boost lower tiers, ensuring broader prize distribution.
Biggest Euromillions wins ever
Speaking of records, the largest EuroMillions jackpot ever recorded is €250 million, a cap that has been reached and won three times in 2025 alone: first by an anonymous winner in Austria on March 28, then by a family syndicate in Cork, Ireland, on June 17, and most recently by an anonymous ticket holder in France on August 19.
The biggest EuroMillions win in Spain remains €190 million, claimed by an anonymous ticket holder in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on October 6, 2017, which still stands as the country’s record despite several large prizes in subsequent years. Spain has seen other notable wins, such as €163 million in Barcelona in 2013.
