Victor’s Cafe Bar doesn’t have stunning sea views like some of the other popular cafe’s in the Vera area. But what it lacks in aesthetic it more than makes up for with its warm, welcoming atmosphere, excellent service and exquisite selection of light bites and hearty meals.
Opened in the year 2000, Victor’s Cafe-Bar is still going strong, having become a core part of the local community. Serving breakfast and brunch from 9.30am to 6.00pm, Victor’s have worked hard over the years to cultivate a lasting reputation and a loyal customer base who keep coming back. Good word of mouth might draw people in, but it’s the atmosphere and service (and delicious cheese scones) that encourage them to return.
Family run cafe with freshly baked favourites
As a family run cafe, Victor’s serve simple, filling favourites, from freshly baked scones to a classic cottage pie. In the colder months, it’s definitely the go-to place for a steaming bowl of soup. Every week there’s a new homemade option available to try from minestrone, to pea and ham, even an Asian ramen. Whichever you try, it’ll warm you right through.
As delicious as classic Spanish dishes are, if you need a break from paella and tapas, head to Victor’s for some home comfort food.
New crispy chicken burger is a must-try
A new addition to the menu is the Crispy Chicken burger, which is best described as a delight. Served on a fresh bread bun and a bed of crisp lettuce, the chicken burger is crunchy and juicy without being greasy. The meal is accompanied by a portion of sweet potato fries. Previously my least favourite form of chips, I was pleasantly surprised by the well-seasoned, fluffy on the inside fries.
Whether you’re ravenous with hunger or just a little peckish, there’s something for every appetite.
Victor’s Cafe Bar can be found on Urbanization Las Buganvillas, 11 in Vera. Stop by and say hello, or contact them at 642 541 419 for more information.
