A new beach club and restaurant has opened in Marbella, taking over the well-known former site of traditional chiringuito Aqui Te Quiero Ver at Playa Real Zaragoza.
For many locals and regular visitors, Aqui Te Quiero Ver was a familiar name on this stretch of coast, known for its classic beachside setting, traditional rice dishes, relaxed atmosphere and straightforward chiringuito dining. Its replacement marks a noticeable change in style, with the new Sabine Beach bringing a more modern and upscale concept to the seafront.
All new modern beach club replaces traditional chiringuito
Sabine Beach, located on one of the Costa Del Sol’s widely considered best beaches, describes itself as a contemporary beachfront restaurant where modern cuisine meets a natural and elegant setting. The venue is aimed at those looking to enjoy long lunches, sunset drinks and stylish evenings by the sea. The decor pairs a muted palette of sand, white and sun-bleached wood with linen and rattan textures to create a calm, tactile atmosphere. Its layout flows from beachfront sunbeds to shaded lounge terraces and a semi-open restaurant, with soft forms and filtered light reinforcing an easy, residential feel more understated retreat than high-energy beach club.
The food offering leans towards high-end Mediterranean dining, with a menu centered on seafood, shellfish, raw bar dishes, rice plates and grilled fish. Dishes listed include oysters, bluefin tuna, Malaga prawns, lobster, paella and turbot, together with salads, burgers and desserts. Prices are above the level of a traditional chiringuito, with small plates generally ranging from €15 to €23 and most main dishes averaging around €30.
Guests can also book beach beds as well as tables, underlining the venue’s focus on combining dining with a full relaxed beach club experience.
Located at C. Atenea, Playa Real Zaragoza, Marbella, Sabine Beach is now open and accepting bookings. For more information visitors can call 951 554 408 or email info@sabinebeachmarbella.com
