The animal rescue organisation Las Reinas del Biberón is preparing to celebrate a historic milestone: the highly anticipated grand opening of its new community centre, La Casa de las Reinas. Located at Calle Fra Juan Tensa, number 29, in the town of El Campello, this space was created with the purpose of becoming a unique meeting point to foster empathy, connect people with animals, and coordinate rescue efforts.

To commemorate this major step forward, on Sunday, June 14, from 12:00pm to 8:00pm, the venue will host a vibrant day of festivities open to the public. During the day, a variety of creative workshops, live music, a charity raffle, and family-friendly activities will be available for participation, as well as the newly dubbed “Bibercafé solidario”, a solidarity café.

Solidarity piercings: Proceeds for abandoned and vulnerable puppies on the Costa Blanca

In addition to this, the venue will host a unique charity event, the Solidarity Piercings event. Under the motto of treating oneself to something lasting while supporting a noble cause, this activity invites attendees to enhance their personal style for a good reason. The piercings will be performed with the utmost care and comprehensive sanitary guarantees by specialist Yavanna Pastor, a handpoke artist who is contributing her professional expertise to ensure a safe and supportive experience.

Not only this, the event will have a strong charitable aspect. A portion of the proceeds from every piercing, which will cost from €15 to €20, depending on the piercing, will go directly toward funding the rescue group’s ongoing projects, which focus heavily on the rearing, rehabilitation, and saving of nursing puppies and other vulnerable animals in the Costa Blanca area.

Tattoos also available at the centre

Those looking for an everlasting memory on their skin can also take part in a fine-line tattoo session headed by artist Christian. The spaces are limited, so interested visitors are encouraged to reserve their spot through WhatsApp at T. 623 07 71 27, or through Bizum for €15 at 03760.

Through this initiative, La Casa de las Reinas aims to solidify its community impact, and this inaugural gathering promises the perfect mix of entertainment, personal expression, and civic solidarity to offer a second chance to the animals who need it most.
