Are you looking for live music, great food and memorable days out on the Costa Blanca this June? From an evening of classic 1960s hits in Hondón de las Nieves to a relaxed cheese and wine lunch with live entertainment in Algorfa, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy good music and delicious food.
Golden grooves
Fans of classic 1960s music are in for a treat as The Honeycombs bring their new 60s Icons Music Show to the Hondon Hub on Saturday, 20 June.
The show promises an evening packed with nostalgia, live music and dancefloor favourites from one of the most memorable decades in popular music. Featuring a talented five-piece band, the performance will celebrate the sounds that defined the 1960s, along with a selection of later hits.
The Honeycombs line-up includes Paul Torr, Lee Howard, Terry Luckett, Colin Hulcoop and Neil Hardcastle.
Enjoy a mix of classic 60s tracks, along with music inspired by legendary artists from the period. The show also includes a special tribute to The Travelling Wilburys.
Organisers describe the production as a “fab 60s plus night” designed to get audiences up dancing and reliving some of the greatest moments in music history. Whether you remember the decade first-hand or simply love timeless songs, the event has something for everyone.
The show is set to take place at the Hondon Hub, with the show starting at 8:30 PM.
Tickets are priced at just €10 per person and advance booking is recommended as seats are selling fast and places are expected to fill quickly.
For bookings and further information, call in to the Hondon Hub at Calle Davo, 03688 Hondón de las Nieves, or call (+34) 711 046 164.
