As if you didn’t need another excuse to visit Boho Club. Bungalow 21, the boutique hotel’s outdoor restaurant, serves fresh, modern Mediterranean food, charcoal-grilled dishes, desserts and perfectly made cocktails, all in an environment that makes you feel like you are lunching with a private chef on a friends luxury terrace.
Open throughout the year from 12pm to 7pm, with food served until 6pm, Bungalow 21’s goal is to deliver you relaxed long lunches of elegant food and wines, starting from midday and drifting leisurely into the afternoon without having a care in the world.
Mediterranean food designed for sharing
The menu focuses heavily on seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce, meaning the food is at its peak when it hits your plate.
Popular starters include red tuna tartare with sesame cream and citrus, steak tartare served with homemade croissant toasts, and grilled avocado with feta cheese. Vegetarian choices feature grilled cauliflower with romesco sauce and coconut bechamel, plus traditional hummus served with labneh, dates, pistachios and pomegranate.
Further options include low-temperature cooked chicken wing sam before moving on to the restaurant’s main attraction, the grilled specialities.
Charcoal-grilled signatures for the main event
Signature dishes include grilled octopus, charcoal-grilled salmon and coquelet marinated in citrus and honey. Carnivores can choose from premium cuts such as dry-aged ribeye and grilled beef tenderloin.
The fresh salads and sides are expertly crafted with balance, flavour and textures. A favourite with the freshest ingredients includes the Sierra de Coin tomatoes served with burrata and basil.
Desserts and side dishes are intended for sharing, delivering a sociable, enjoyable dining experience.

Lemon trees, an inspiration that runs through the experience
More than half a dozen lemon trees bring vibrant colour and fragrance to the outdoor dining area, giving Bungalow 21 much of its character. Fresh lemon also appears throughout the menu, inviting diners to add a squeeze of citrus to enhance many dishes.
Inspiration from the lemon grove doesn’t stop at the food, its extends right through to the drinks menu. One of the most distinctive cocktails is Le Monnier, made with Saline vodka, limoncello, vanilla and fresh lemon. Saline vodka is a limited-production spirit available exclusively at Boho Club in Marbella.
Additional signature cocktails include Brisa de Sauco, featuring green apple, lemon and cardamom, and Golden Mile, a refreshing mix of tequila, watermelon and lemon inspired by Marbella’s famous lifestyle.
The culinary team behind the magic
Bungalow 21 is part of the gastronomic vision of Boho Club Executive Chef Diego del Rio. Head Chef Andrea Cervera oversees the kitchen, creating dishes that maintain the quality and creativity associated with the luxury Marbella resort.
Surrounded by lush gardens and offering poolside dining, Bungalow 21 is a destination for visitors longing for the perfect kind of lunch experience where great food, nature and relaxation come together.
