Every Monday evening as the clock strikes 7:30pm, the atmosphere at the Camposol Golf Club, known to locals as The Casa Club, comes alive with friendly rivalry, sharp wits, and hearty laughter. What began back in 2009, founded by local member of the community Brian, as a modest local gathering has evolved into one of the region’s most enduring and popular weekly traditions, keeping the spirit of community alive and thriving for well over a decade: Monday Night Trivia at the Camposol Golf Club, for many regulars, is the highlight of the week.

A weekly tradition born in 2009: Fun, friends, and a lively summer in Camposol

Under the quick-witted quiz master Carl Thomas, whose sharp delivery and broad mix of trivia keep dozens of teams on their toes week after week, the event has built a massively loyal following over the years. During the summer months, a lively crowd of 60 to 70 regulars fills both the cosy indoor space and the airy outdoor patio to soak up the pleasant Murcia breeze. When winter arrives, the competition warms up even further, drawing bustling crowds of 80 to 90 enthusiastic quizzers, in the welcoming golf club.

A tight-knit community built on friendly rivalry

Camposol’s Monday Night Trivia is special not just because of the fun of participating, but because of the deeply rooted community. The exact same veteran teams have been going head-to-head since the initial kickoff in 2009. Crowds of regular quizzers still show up faithfully every single Monday to keep the tradition, memories, and competitive spirit alive in this charming Costa Calida town.

Grab a table and join the fun at The Casa Club

There’s no pre-registration required; folks can simply turn up, claim a table, grab a drink, and dive into the fun. Whether you’re a seasoned trivia connoisseur or a newcomer looking for a welcoming atmosphere, Monday nights at The Casa Club prove that good questions, great company, and true community never get old.
