Estepona choir brings a night of movie magic to local charity

Music from some of the world’s best-loved films and musicals will fill Estepona’s Auditorium Mirador del Carmen on Friday, October 9, when the town’s favourite Love to Sing Choir stages their next charity concert.

A Night of Magical Music – from Popular Movies & Musicals is due to begin at 7.30pm, with doors opening at 7pm. Tickets cost a mere €10, with all proceeds going to the Emaús Soup Kitchen in Estepona.

The concert will feature familiar songs from film and musical theatre, taking audiences through a host of popular productions.

The line-up includes music inspired by Chess, Shrek, 42nd Street, Spectre, Gypsy, Monty Python’s Spamalot, The Lion King, Bohemian Rhapsody, Bridget Jones’s Diary, Jekyll & Hyde, Casablanca, Mamma Mia!, Avenue Q and Little Shop of Horrors.

The choir brings together singers from across the Costa del Sol, both Spanish and expat, for an evening designed to entertain while raising money for a local cause.

Supporting the Emaús Soup Kitchen

Love to Sing is known for combining its performances with fundraising for charitable and community causes. This concert will directly support the Emaús Soup Kitchen, helping its work with people in need in the Estepona area.

Organisers are inviting residents, visitors, friends and families to enjoy an evening of popular music while supporting the soup kitchen.

With tickets priced at just €10, the event offers an affordable night out with a strong community focus.
