MEDITATION: An opportunity to explore the intriguing differences between the different styles.
Chetana Annette, Sarjan Nolla and Matthew Clark, the organisers of this year’s Mallorca Meditation Festival, will soon be setting up for the event.The festival is the brainchild of organiser Chetana Annette from Bodhana Wellness. Chetana is a long term practitioner of meditation and teaches it at her centre in Portals.The Mallorca Meditation Festival is a beautiful event on the island, and an opportunity to explore the intriguing differences between different styles of meditation. If you have ever wanted to try out meditation then this is your chance: you can try practsing different types of static meditations, working with the breath, and active meditations.In addition the festival features workshops of different types of body therapies, evening dances and celebrations, live music, early morning yoga, and healthy vegan food. There will be various body workers available on site for one to one sessions as well.The festival is also a chance to connect with other likeminded people on the island, re-establish friendships and make new ones.You can visit for a day or stay overnight or stay with the whole event.
