THE National Police have announced that one of their officers has arrested two women aged 29 and 34 in Valencia for placing a recording device into the plush toy of one their children who was visiting their ex-partner.
It is reported that the expectation was that conversations between the child and the ex-partner would be recorded and information obtained might be useful in any later disagreement or legal dispute between the woman and the child’s father.
Having been arrested, the two women who have no criminal records were released by the police after making statements but were warned that they might be charged in respect of a crime against privacy.
