For a lot of people planning a summer city break, Pride events across Europe are becoming just as important as beaches or festivals. And Ryanair clearly knows it.
The airline has launched a new promotional campaign offering discounted flights from Spain to three of Europe’s biggest Pride destinations this summer, with fares starting from €24.99 depending on the route and travel dates.
The offer focuses on Paris, Madrid and London, three cities expected to attract huge crowds during the 2026 Pride season.
And with accommodation prices already climbing in many European capitals ahead of summer, cheap flights are likely to disappear quickly once bookings start accelerating.
According to Ryanair, the promotional fares will remain available until June 1, although prices depend on availability and selected routes.
For travellers thinking about a last minute Pride getaway, the timing feels very deliberate. Because demand for major Pride celebrations across Europe has grown massively in recent years, especially among younger travellers looking for short summer breaks combining nightlife, concerts and large public events.
Ryanair focuses heavily on Paris for Pride week this summer
Paris is one of the main cities featured in the campaign and Ryanair is increasing connections from Spain during one of the busiest weekends of the French capital’s summer calendar.
The airline says it will operate 10 routes between Spain and Paris around the city’s Pride celebrations.
Paris Pride, officially organised by Inter LGBT, is expected to take place on Saturday June 27, 2026. And honestly, Paris during Pride week tends to attract visitors well beyond the LGBTQ+ community itself.
The atmosphere across the city becomes noticeably more festive, especially around areas like Le Marais, which remains one of the best known LGBTQ+ neighbourhoods in Europe.
Bars, terraces and clubs become extremely busy throughout the weekend while cultural events, parties and live performances take over large parts of the city.
For travellers hoping to turn the event into a quick weekend escape, Ryanair says some fares from Spain will start from €24.99 during the promotional period.
That price point is likely to catch attention at a time when summer flights across Europe are becoming increasingly expensive.
Madrid Pride remains one of Europe’s biggest summer events
Madrid is also heavily featured in Ryanair’s campaign and, honestly, it is easy to understand why.
Madrid Pride has grown into one of the largest Pride celebrations in Europe, regularly drawing huge crowds from Spain and abroad.
This year’s official programme is expected to run from June 25 until July 5, with the main parade scheduled for July 4.
Ryanair says it will operate six domestic Spanish routes into Madrid during the event period alongside 54 international connections.
The airline’s promotional fares for Madrid will also begin at €24.99 depending on dates and availability. For many visitors, Madrid Pride is less about a single parade and more about the atmosphere taking over the city for more than a week.
Areas like Chueca, Gran Vía, Plaza de España and Plaza Pedro Zerolo become packed with outdoor concerts, parties, performances and street celebrations running late into the night.
Hotels in central Madrid often become significantly more expensive during Pride week, which is partly why lower cost flights tend to attract attention quickly once released.
And with July already considered one of Spain’s busiest travel periods, many people are likely to start booking early.
London joins the campaign with flights from Spain starting at €27.99
London completes Ryanair’s Pride promotion for summer 2026. The airline says it will offer 21 routes between Spain and the British capital, with promotional fares starting from €27.99 for selected travel dates.
The campaign coincides with Pride in London, currently scheduled for Saturday July 4, 2026.
Like Paris and Madrid, London Pride now attracts enormous international crowds each year and turns central areas of the city into a huge open air celebration.
Soho remains one of the main focal points during the weekend, although events and performances spread across different parts of the capital throughout the celebrations.
For many travellers flying from Spain, London also remains one of the easiest large European capitals to reach for a quick weekend break.
That combination of relatively short flight times, large scale events and lower promotional fares is exactly what Ryanair appears to be targeting with this campaign.
All of the advertised prices remain subject to availability and the airline says bookings must be completed before June 1, 2026.
And judging by how quickly cheap summer fares usually disappear, some travellers probably will not wait very long before booking.
