Retirement today looks very different from previous generations. Increasingly, people want independence, comfort and peace of mind, without sacrificing the freedom to enjoy life on their own terms. The choice is no longer simply between living completely alone or moving into traditional care. A new approach has emerged: independent living within a supportive community. Nowhere is this better executed than Ciudad Patricia in Benidorm, which is proud to present it’s new building – Jazmin
Jazmín is a collection of 18 contemporary apartments set within one of the Costa Blanca’s established senior living communities. Jazmín offers modern homes designed for those who value privacy while appreciating the reassurance of facilities and support close by. Completion is scheduled for 2027.
Surrounded by pine woodland and landscaped gardens on the outskirts of Benidorm, the development enjoys views across the valley toward the interior mountains. Each spacious apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with open-plan living areas, energy-efficient climate control, private parking and individual storage. Depending on the apartment, residents can also enjoy a private garden or a generous terrace .
Life at Ciudad Patricia extends beyond the front door. Residents have access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, wellness and beauty facilities, restaurant and communal areas, while reception and additional support are available whenever required.
Jazmín also offers an alternative approach to purchasing through a Lifetime Right of Use (usufructo). The initial cost is linked to the purchaser’s age, with staged payments during construction providing greater flexibility when planning the move.
Construction is progressing well, with the first phase completed ahead of schedule and interior work now underway. A furnished show apartment will shortly be available to visit. More than half of the apartments have already been reserved.
Edificio Jazmín is designed around a simple idea: retirement should be about moving towards a lifestyle you enjoy, not giving things up. For those planning their next chapter on the Costa Blanca, it could be a very welcome step forward.
