The landscape for digital creators in southeastern Spain marked a major milestone with a successful edition of the Influencer Zone, a gathering point where content creators, digital influencers, and creative talent from across the Region of Murcia met to discuss ideas, projects, and networking. The meeting, held at the Munashi sushi restaurant in Molina de Segura, brought together more than twenty influencers who exchanged ideas, knowledge, and experiences in social media and new technologies.

Digital creators gather for regional networking event

The event strengthened professional ties, but also showcased Murcia’s rapidly-growing media and entertainment sphere. Directed and organised by the restaurant owner, who took the opportunity to present the new menu items for the start of the season, the event allowed attendees to learn firsthand about the establishment’s gastronomic innovations while networking.

The meeting brought together a diverse mix of online personalities and digital entrepreneurs, specialising in sectors including lifestyle, travel, gastronomy, fashion, and local entertainment. The event, a dedicated space for content creators to share insights, discuss brand partnerships, and exchange strategies, elevated the profile of Murcian talent on both national and international stages.

Combining local gastronomy with social media trends

Combining gastronomy and social meetings, the Influencer Zone included structured workshops and collaborative round tables where attendees discussed emerging trends in short-form video production, audience engagement algorithms, and monetisation strategies, focused on regional markets.

During the event, attendees were able to sample a wide variety of dishes and learn about the  options available this season. New additions included poké bowls, T-bone steaks, ribeye steaks, and other mouth-watering meals.

Boosting regional tourism and local business growth

The collective plans to showcase the unique attractions of towns across Murcia, from coastal hubs to inland historical sites, driving domestic tourism, digital interest, and an economic boost to the area.

Thanks to the success of this edition, organisers confirmed plans to continue hosting regular industry meetups, skill-sharing sessions, and collaborative brand events throughout the year. As digital platforms continue to evolve, initiatives like the Influencer Zone ensure that the Region of Murcia’s creative talent remains vibrant, interconnected, and positioned for long-lasting professional success.
