From Paris to Marbella – Let the Americas take you away!

A musical journey across the Americas opens Marbella’s Día de la Hispanidad celebrations

Dear friends,

The American International Club Marbella is very much looking forward to resuming its activities and getting everyone together again as we welcome the arrival of our Fall season.

After a wonderful summer, it is time to reconnect with old friends, welcome new members and enjoy all the things that make our Club so special.

The Club is, above all, a group of friends from the many nationalities that make the Costa del Sol such a wonderful place to live. We get together for good times, good conversation, meeting new people, networking – and, of course, plenty of good laughs along the way.

Our autumn season is about to begin, and what better way to start than by saying goodbye to a wonderful summer with our Welcome Back Luncheon by the Sea at La Terraza Restaurant at the Hapimag Hotel on 17 September. It will be a lovely opportunity to catch up with old friends, welcome new members and simply enjoy an afternoon together.

But that is only the beginning.

On 8 October, we will be heading to San Pedro de Alcántara for “Music of the Americas,” a very special concert opening the celebrations of Día de la Hispanidad in Marbella.

The programme brings together two internationally acclaimed pianists travelling from Paris, Duo Alonso de Proteau, together with wonderful soprano Marcela Daza, for a musical journey through Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and the United States.

It promises to be a beautiful evening of music, culture and friendship – and a wonderful opportunity to enjoy something special with friends and family.
