Rod Stewart tribute brings Tonight’s The Night show to Lo Crispin Tavern

Rod Stewart fans can enjoy an evening of familiar hits when David John brings his Tonight’s The Night tribute show to Lo Crispin Tavern in Algorfa on Saturday, September 19.

The event combines dinner and live entertainment for €15 per person, with meals served from 7:00 PM before the tribute show begins at 9:00 PM in the tavern’s beer garden.

David John’s performance celebrates a career stretching back more than five decades, during which Rod Stewart has built a catalogue ranging from rock and soul to some of Britain’s best-known pop ballads.

Fans can expect music associated with different stages of Stewart’s career, bringing together some of the songs that have remained favourites with audiences over the years.

The set will include familiar hits such as Maggie May, You Wear It Well, Sailing, Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?, Baby Jane and Tonight’s the Night.

The tribute follows Lo Crispin Tavern’s regular format of combining an evening meal with live entertainment, with the performance taking place outdoors in the beer garden.

Meals will be served from 7:00 PM, giving guests time to eat before David John takes to the stage at 9:00 PM.

The €15 dinner and show package includes a choice of cod with chips and peas, linguine with prawns and sweet chilli sauce, or pork loin served with chips, peas and pepper sauce. Ice cream follows for dessert.

Vegetarian options include lasagne, curry and Mexican-style pizza.

Families can also attend, with choices available from the children’s menu for youngsters aged 12 and under.

Tables will be allocated according to when reservations are made, so anyone hoping for a particular spot is advised to book early.
